Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified QA Engineer to ensure that our products and processes meet quality, food safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining compliance, handling audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. ????

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily QA activities and ensure compliance with procedures, specifications, and customer requirementsIssue and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Conduct root cause analysis and ensure implementation of CAPAHandle customer and supplier complaints and ensure timely closureManage customer requirements, technical documents, and audit requestsConduct food safety inspections (GMP, HACCP, PRPs)Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on findingsSupport supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluationMaintain document control and ensure proper revision managementMonitor calibration schedules of measuring equipmentEnsure compliance with laws, standards, and management systems (ISO & FSSC)Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and improvement plansDeliver training sessions related to quality and food safety ????

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance ????

SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsV.good in English (written & spoken)
