Quality Assurance Chemist ( Rotational shifts)

Packaging Process Oversight: Ensure packaging operations adhere to GMP standards, including area and line clearance and end-of-line inspections.Supervise In-Process QA/QC Activities: Monitor and guide quality control operations throughout the shift to ensure compliance with standards.Conduct Chemical & Physical Analysis: Perform routine and non-routine testing of bulk materials during manufacturing to verify process integrity.Validate Setup & Processes: Periodically assess and validate equipment setup and manufacturing processes to maintain consistency and reliability.Cleaning & Sanitization Verification: Confirm that cleaning procedures are properly executed and documented to prevent contamination.Documentation & Batch Release: Maintain accurate records of all process control activities and support timely release of batches.Audit Execution: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.Rejection Control: Investigate and manage rejected materials or products, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food industry.Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and titration methods.Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards applicable to laboratory operations.Proven ability to develop, validate, and implement analytical methods.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Effective communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and MS Office Suite.Willingness to work on-site and adhere to all safety and quality protocols.
