Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement: Create and execute comprehensive quality assurance programs and procedures for engineering, construction, and manufacturing processes.Conduct Audits & Inspections: Perform rigorous on-site inspections and internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001).Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrences.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of quality data, inspection results, and process improvements, generating insightful reports for management.Collaboration & Training: Work closely with engineering, production, and project management teams to integrate quality practices and provide training on quality standards and methodologies.Process Optimization: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC) to enhance efficiency and product reliability.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Engineering principles, advanced Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies, ISO 9001 standards, Statistical Process Control, and Root Cause Analysis.

Proficiency in technical documentation and effective inspection procedures is paramount.

Exceptional Qualifications:Experience: A robust 3-7 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control roles, specifically within Engineering, Construction/Civil, or Manufacturing environments.

You are an experienced professional ready to take on significant challenges.Essential Skills: Proven expertise in Engineering principles, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.

Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems.
