Proven Leadership: A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within the Telecom/Technology sector.Expertise in Quality: Demonstrated mastery of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and QA principles and practices.Strategic Thinker: A strong background in developing and executing robust Test Strategy and driving significant Process Improvement initiatives.Technical Acumen: Proficient in various testing methodologies, including Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and experience with relevant tools and frameworks.Methodology Savvy: Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile Methodologies.Problem Solver: Exceptional skills in Risk Management and Root Cause Analysis.Communication & Influence: Outstanding Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management abilities, with a track record of successfully driving change and fostering collaboration.Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.Career Level: This is a challenging and rewarding Manager-level position for an experienced professional ready to lead.Workplace Type: Must be able to work On-site at our state-of-the-art facilities in Alexandria, Egypt.
