Quality Assurance Manager (Herbs & Spices)

Receiving and inspecting raw materials (medicinal and aromatic plants and seeds such as sesame, black seed, fennel, anise, peppermint, basil, marjoram, rosemary, and others).Evaluating the quality of raw materials in terms of color, aroma, moisture content, impurities, and defects.Taking samples during processing stages to ensure compliance with customer specifications.Inspecting final product samples before shipment.Preparing customer samples according to required specifications.Documenting inspection results and preparing quality reports.Ensuring compliance with European Union standards and EU organic certification requirements.Cooperating with production and warehouse departments to ensure process quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or an equivalent field.min 3 years of experience in the field of medicinal and aromatic plants.Practical hands-on experience in inspecting raw materials and finished products.Good knowledge of EU standards and organic certification requirements.Ability to detect defects and understand the characteristics of each crop.
