Quality Assurance Specialist - Shifts

Plan , execute and over see inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specification , quality deliverables and suppliers requirements .Assist operation and quality functions in tracking , documenting and reporting quality levels.Analyze and investigate products complaints or deviation and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company , partners and external regulatory requirements .Develop and update company complaints and investigation procedures to ensure capture and investigation , as well as proper documentation of complaints .

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Agriculture Engineering.2–4 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance within a relevant industry.Professional certification in Quality Assurance is highly preferred.Solid understanding of QA concepts, terminology, tools, and methodologies.Strong computer proficiency, including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Very good command of written and spoken English..
