Quality Control

Establish and maintain the quality control system for incoming materials, in-process assembly, and finished scooters.Develop and implement inspection standards, checklists, test procedures, and acceptance criteria for mechanical, electrical, and assembled components.Inspect incoming parts and materials to ensure conformity with approved specifications and BOM requirements.

Monitor in-process quality during mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, wiring, and final assembly stages.

Perform and supervise final inspection and testing of finished scooters before release.Record, analyze, and report quality defects, non-conformities, and repeated failure points.Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and OEM suppliers to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.Follow up on product issues related to fit, finish, function, wiring, safety, and performance.Ensure quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports are properly documented and traceable.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.Good understanding of quality control methods, inspection planning, and defect analysis.Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.Ability to inspect components related to structure, wiring, connectors, controllers, batteries, and final assembly.Familiarity with incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final product testing.Ability to prepare inspection checklists and quality reports.Basic understanding of root-cause analysis tools and continuous improvement methodsHigh Knowledge with MS office tools.Residence Location near to 10th of Ramadan or Sharqia.
