Quality Control Engineer Section Head

Lead and supervise the Quality Control Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians.Ensure all incoming, in-process, and final inspections are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards.Monitor production processes, identify quality deviations, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Review inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality documentation.Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company procedures, and applicable quality standards.Analyze quality performance data and prepare periodic quality reports.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.Support internal and external quality audits.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline).Proven experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Previous experience leading or supervising a quality team is preferred.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.
