Job Description
Monitor daily operations across all departments Training Reception Kids Area GX Pool SpaHousekeeping MaintenanceConduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness organization and readinessEnsure all departments follow company policies and operational standardsTrack and evaluate service quality and member experienceMonitor staff performance and adherence to proceduresConduct member surveys and collect feedback after classes and servicesEnsure members follow gym rules dress code no photography facility usage rulesHandle violations professionally and document incidents when neededReport operational issues and follow up on corrective actionsPrepare daily weekly and monthly reports on quality and performanceIdentify repeated issues and suggest improvements for better service delivery
