Quality Control Specialist - IPC

- Perform in-process control tests, container loading, and packaging tests- Coordinate with production and QA for sampling and release processes- Conduct microbiological sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products- Collect and test samples of raw materials, in-process, and finished products per SOPs- Conduct routine checks on production lines for specification compliance- Record test results and deviations clearly and accurately- Follow all GMP, GDP, and safety protocols- Report OOS results or quality issues to the QC Supervisor immediately- Examine products to ensure conformance with required standards- Identify defects/errors, determine root causes, and CA&PA.- Isolate and clearly label defective products.

Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, Agriculture , or a related field.1-3 QC IPC experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food manufacturing preferred.Working knowledge of GMP, GDP, and safety protocolsFamiliarity with microbiological testing methods is a plusStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyGood communication and cross-functional coordination skills.Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.Very good in MS Office.Very good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Very good data analysis and presentation skills.
