Job Description
- Enforce and supervise the implementation ofQuality Management Systems (QMS)at project sites.
- Document inspection and verification procedures for ongoing and completed work.
- Develop and updateproject-specific quality plansin line with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to assess thequality of materials, construction methods, and workmanship.
- Ensure work compliance withengineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensivequality reports, identify non-compliance issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinateinternal and external audits, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
- Train and guide site teams and subcontractors on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain organized, up-to-dateQA/QC documentation.
- Participate in evaluating and selecting suppliers/contractors based on quality performance.
- Address quality-related complaints withroot cause analysisandpreventive solutions.
- Collaborate withproject managers, site engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all phases of work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degreeinCivil EngineeringorArchitectural Engineering.
- 3 to 5 yearsof experience inquality assurance/control, specifically inbuilding renovation and reconstruction.
- Strong knowledge ofconstruction quality standardsandquality management systems.
- Proficiency inAutoCADandMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity withlocal and international building codesandsafety regulations.
- Stronganalytical and problem-solvingskills.
- Excellentcommunication and coordinationabilities.
- Ability to work in amultidisciplinary teamenvironment.
- Proactive,organized, andresults-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
