Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across plastic manufacturing and assembly operations.
The role ensures product compliance with customer requirements, develops technical product specifications and quality standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages large quality teams, and utilizes data-driven decision-making to enhance product quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.7–10 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing.Mandatory experience in Plastic Manufacturing and Assembly Operations.Proven experience managing large quality teams.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt minimum).Proven experience in developing product technical specifications, quality standards, inspection plans, and quality documentation.Excellent analytical, reporting, and data analysis skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of measurable achievements, including reducing customer complaints, improving FPY and process capability (Cp/Cpk), reducing COPQ, leading successful Six Sigma/Lean projects, implementing sustainable quality improvements, and delivering measurable business results.
