Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 22000.Conduct thorough internal and external quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established protocols.Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis to optimize operational efficiency and product quality.Lead risk management activities, developing strategies to mitigate potential quality issues and ensure business continuity.Provide expert guidance and training to teams on quality principles, standards, and best practices.Ensure stringent regulatory compliance across all operations, staying abreast of evolving industry standards.Foster a strong culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.Champion Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to embed quality into every facet of our business.Skills/Technologies: This role demands expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, and the comprehensive implementation of Quality Management Systems.

Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 22000 is essential.

Experience & Expertise: We are seeking an Experienced professional with 3-7 years of progressive experience in quality management and systems.Technical Prowess:Proven mastery in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, and the design and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).Extensive knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 22000 standards are paramount.Demonstrable expertise in Process Improvement methodologies and tools.Strong background in Risk Management and the development of mitigation strategies.Proficiency in Data Analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.Familiarity with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles and applications.Leadership & Communication:Exceptional Leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams towards achieving quality objectives.Outstanding Communication abilities, capable of articulating complex quality concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Adept at ensuring robust Regulatory Compliance across all operational facets.Career Level Expectation: This role is ideal for an ambitious and driven individual ready to take on significant responsibility and make a profound impact at an experienced level.
