Job Description

Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.Assist in preparing quantities take‑off from engineering drawings.Communicate with suppliers & subcontractors to collect quotations.Support drafting and reviewing subcontract agreements.Coordinate with site engineers to validate quantities and variations.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,+3 years of experience in QS or cost control.Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and drawings.

Familiarity with cost estimation is a plus.Good command of AutoCAD and Revit , Excel, and measurement software.
