R&D Engineer

Conduct research and feasibility studies for new products, materials, and technologies.Design, develop, and test prototypes and product improvements.Analyze technical data and prepare detailed reports and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, and Marketing.Identify opportunities for product enhancement, cost reduction, and process optimization.Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products and systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company requirements.Maintain accurate documentation of research findings, technical specifications, and project progress.Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.Support product launches and provide technical expertise when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.1–4 years of experience in Research & Development, Product Design, or Innovation.Previous experience in the Roll Forming Industry is preferred.Strong knowledge of material properties and mechanical design.Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex technical problems.Experience in prototyping, testing, and validating new concepts.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings, prepare reports, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience managing R&D projects from concept to completion.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the Roll Forming and Sandwich Panel Industry is highly preferred
