- Recruitment Consultants Team, responsible for internal hiring across and delivering recruitment services for our external clients.
- Customer Success Team, responsible for supporting clients throughout their online recruitment journey and ensuring they get the most value from our platform.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Customer Success, Recruitment Operations, HR Tech, Recruitment Agencies, or RPO.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and customer success operations.
- Experience building processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve performance.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, or Customer Success tools.
