Developing an effective sales plan to achieve targetsManaging the entire sales and relationship cycle: from generate leads / referrals, identifying potential clients, on boarding them, growing their relationship value with MenthumUnderstanding prospective clients’ saving needs and determining if Menthum can fulfill them; introducing Menthum to prospective clients and introducing the benefits of saving with MenthumResponding to complaints and resolving issues to the customer’s satisfactionManaging relationship with the existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, increase relationship value with Menthum and minimize attrition
Bachelor’s degree1-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales and account management in corporate and / or HNI segmentExperience in banking and financial services industry would be a plus Good command of both written and spoken EnglishExcellent relationship management skillsGood understanding of sales cycle management from lead generation to closing the dealGood understanding of banking, mutual funds and other financial products
