Remote Travel Agent – Hotels, Flights & Travel Packages

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Travel Agent based in Egypt to join our remote team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling hotel and flight reservations, preparing travel packages, and ensuring accurate and timely booking services based on client requirements, preferences, and budget.Job Responsibilities

• Search, compare, and select suitable hotel options according to client preferences and budget.
• Search and compare flight options based on travel dates, routes, airline preferences, and budget.
• Make hotel reservations through various booking platforms such as Expedia, TBO, RateHawk, Agoda, BedsOnline, and other supplier platforms.
• Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissues using Amadeus.
• Prepare and coordinate complete travel packages, including flights, hotels, and other travel services when required.
• Communicate with hotels, airlines, and suppliers to confirm availability and handle special requests.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking confirmations and travel details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize bookings and travel packages.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, payments, and supplier confirmations.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, flight bookings, or travel agency operations is required.
• Good working knowledge of Amadeus is required.
• Familiarity with hotel booking platforms and OTA platforms such as Expedia, TBO, RateHawk, Agoda, and BedsOnline.
• Experience in issuing, changing, refunding, and reissuing airline tickets is preferred.
• Good understanding of travel packages and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the GCC tourism market is a plus.
• Must be based in Egypt and able to work remotely.
