Resident Engineer \ Sr.Architectural Eng.

JD : Have a signature for all in going communications and direct communication with the PM.Execute works in compliance with contract specs, project design and as within approved baseline.Ensure all contract documents, work and quality procedures are in the latest approved revision.Coordinate all jobsite activities ,including actions of VK, subcontractors, suppliers, PM and client from commencement to close out of the project.Coordinate and manage approved construction methods, shop drawings, material and equipment requirements.Coordinate with contractor to identify, where possible, the construction solutions, methodologies.Maintains client relationship as primary contact for client’s communication with field activities.Represents role model ethically & technically for his team and a good image for the firm.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.Minimum 15 years of working experience.A healthcare background is preferable.Previous experience in a Consultancy firm is preferable.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
