Joe & The Juice is expanding in Egypt, and we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who doesn't just manage a store, but leads a community.The Role: What You’ll DoAs our Restaurant Manager, you are the "Captain of the Ship." You will oversee daily operations, ensuring every guest receives that signature Joe & The Juice experience—great music, fresh vibes, and world-class products.Lead the Tribe: Train, lead and inspire a team of Juicers and Baristas.

You’ll foster an environment where personality shines and teamwork is non-negotiable.Master the Brew: Take full ownership of our coffee and juice standards.

We are looking for someone who understands the science behind a perfect extraction and the art of high-volume service.Drive the Business: Manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs.

You’ll be responsible for hitting sales targets while maintaining premium quality.Guest Obsession: Ensure every "Joe" who walks through our doors leaves happier than when they entered.

What We’re Looking ForThis isn't a desk job.

We need a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor.The Coffee Factor: You must have significant experience in a leading coffee chain.

You understand the workflow of a high-traffic café and have a deep-rooted knowledge of coffee trends and standards.Leadership Pedigree: At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or café management.The Vibe: You are charismatic, professional, and possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a "get-it-done" attitude.
