Retail Quality officer

Implement the retail site inspection program and ensure annual inspection targets are achieved.Conduct quality inspections and audits at retail stations to verify compliance with company standards and procedures.Follow up on corrective actions resulting from inspections and ensure timely implementation.Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints.Validate station inventory, product quality, and compliance with operational requirements.Ensure the proper execution of product receiving, handling, and unloading procedures.Monitor station performance and recommend improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.Support the maintenance and calibration of Quality Lab equipment and related assets.Conduct regular field visits and prepare inspection reports with recommendations.Ensure adherence to HSQE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stations.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Ability to work independently and conduct frequent field visits.Knowledge of HSQE principles and operational compliance requirements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
