The ideal candidate must possess a strong pharmaceutical background and hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement risk management and compliance frameworks.Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits.Monitor operational risks and recommend mitigation actions.Prepare compliance reports and support internal audits.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Mandatory).3–5 years of experience in risk management and compliance.Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry is essential.Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.Experience in risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance monitoring.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
