Job Description
Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all production activities in the Rubber Department to ensure efficient manufacturing of Elastomeric Bridge Bearings and Expansion Joints with maximum productivity, optimal resource utilization, and full compliance with project specifications and applicable international standards.
- Develop and execute production plans.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Supervise rubber mixing, molding and vulcanization operations.
- Ensure adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor process stability and production output.
- Reduce waste and improve efficiency..
- Coordinate with Quality Department for inspections.
- Implement corrective actions for production deviations.Continuous Improvement
- Improve productivity and reduce scrap.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Optimize production processes.
