Sales Account Manager

I'm the founder of Wood & Paper Trading, a Dubai-based trading company importing wood-based materials — plywood, lumber, veneer, and packaging — from CIS manufacturers for GCC and MENA markets.

We're a young company just getting started, building our client base across the region from the ground up. I need someone hungry to join early and drive outreach and sales as our first dedicated sales hire.

The Role I'm looking for a self-driven sales professional to find and engage new clients across the GCC and MENA region.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers — contractors, distributors, and traders in the construction and wood products industry.

What You'll DoResearch and identify potential clients (contractors, distributors, retailers) in UAE, KSA, and MENAConduct cold outreach via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls (calling is a core part of the role)Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in Apollo CRMSchedule meetings and product presentations with the Managing DirectorFollow up on quotes and proposals sent to prospectsGather market intelligence: competitor pricing, demand trends, new projectsMaintain organized records of all client interactionsWhat I Offer$800/month base salary (paid via direct wire transfer in USD)Performance bonus for closed dealsFully remote — work from anywhere in EgyptDirect reporting to the founderOpportunity to grow into a regional sales lead role Working Hours

• Flexible, but must overlap with Gulf business hours (9 AM – 5 PM GST / 10 AM – 6 PM Cairo time) - 40 hours/week
• Native Arabic speaker -English at B2 level (written and spoken) -3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experienceExperience with cold outreach: email, phone calls, WhatsApp — you must be comfortable picking up the phone and cold-callingExperience with or knowledge of wood products, building materials, construction supply, or B2B trading is a strong advantage Comfortable working remotely and managing your own scheduleExperience with Apollo CRM or similar sales tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
