- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical support
- Hands-on experience with Audio systems and audio tunning and connections
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
