Job Description

We’re Hiring | Senior Sales EngineerPower Capital is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth.If you’re passionate about sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative energy solutions, we’d love to hear from you!Location: Obour City, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.Coordinate with the technical team to deliver the most suitable solutions.Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contract closures.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Prepare regular sales forecasts and market feedback reports.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in sales.Experience in the Solar Energy or Renewable Energy sector is highly preferred.Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.Valid driving license is preferred.
