Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market/industry.Promote and sell company products/solutions to existing and potential customers.Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.Conduct site visits and technical meetings with clients to understand project needs.Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design.Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries or complaints.Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.10+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales.Strong technical background with ability to understand engineering products/systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (preferred).Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
CRM experience is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Valid driving license (preferred depending on field requirements).
