5-10 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.In-depth knowledge of lighting products and technologies, particularly LED lighting.Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Sales Target setting and achievement.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or a related field.Must have: Sales, Sales Target, Lighting, LED Lighting skills.
