Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience specifically within the HoReCa or hospitality supply sector.Network: Proven, active network of contacts among procurement managers and chefs at 4/5-star hotels and restaurants.Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with hotel operating supplies, commercial kitchen equipment, or premium amenities.Leadership: Minimum 2 years of experience managing, mentoring, and driving a B2B sales team.Negotiation: Proven track record of securing high-value corporate accounts and long-term supply contracts.
