The Role Own and scale our B2C revenue engine, build a high-performing sales team, and lay the foundation for our B2B corporate training expansion.

Key Responsibilities:B2C Sales: Own the full funnel: lead conversion, enrollment, and retention.

Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.B2B Development: Build the corporate pipeline targeting banks, financial institutions, and multinationals from prospecting to account management.Team Building: Hire, onboard, and coach sales executives.

Set KPIs, build playbooks, and design commission structures.Strategy & Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts, analyze conversion data, and partner with marketing on lead quality and pricing.
