Sales Manager EngineerKandil Industries is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Engineer to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships within industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding the customer portfolio Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Lead negotiations and oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must 7–10 years of sales experience in industrial sectors Proven experience in Steel, Moulds, Machinery, Spare Parts, Industrial Equipment, or Manufacturing Industries Strong understanding of technical and industrial products Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
