Job Description
- Develop and implement annual and monthly sales and marketing plans.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Develop pricing, promotions, and commercial strategies in coordination with management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Marketing personnel required in the fabric field (sales and marketing expertise mandatory) knitting experience is optional, with excellent salaries
- 5–10 yearsof relevant experience in sales and marketing, with at least2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
- Experience managing and developing a sales/marketing team.
