Act as the link between Camera X’s online presence and the physical sales floor, converting online inquiries into closed sales.Respond quickly and professionally to customer messages across Facebook, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp Business.Understand customer needs including shooting style, budget, and existing equipment to recommend suitable camera and photography setups.Provide accurate product recommendations rather than simple availability responses, focusing on complete solutions and upselling opportunities.Coordinate with the in-store team to confirm stock availability and ensure smooth order processing.Finalize sales and support delivery or pickup coordination for customers.Manage public comments and online interactions to strengthen brand image and attract new customers.Handle customer complaints professionally to protect and enhance brand reputation.Actively drive sales performance and meet monthly revenue targets.Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.Base + commission on every sale | Monthly target bonuses | Employee discount on cameras | Mobile & data allowance | Eid bonuses | Growth opportunities
