Sales Operations Specialist

- Manage and maintain accurate data within the SalesBuzz system.- Create, update, and maintain customer, product, pricing, and sales information.- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards based on management requirements.- Monitor and validate sales data to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with the Sales team.- Support field sales representatives by maintaining accurate system records.- Create and manage user accounts and assist with basic system administration tasks.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the SalesBuzz support team to resolve system-related issues.- Maintain documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures.- Perform regular data quality checks and support continuous process improvements.- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data confidentiality and information security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.- 0–2 year of experience in Sales Operations, Data Management, Reporting, or a similar role.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to work with large datasets.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.- Good communication and teamwork skills
