Coordinate product distribution from the factory to distributors and resolve related issuesMonitor financial transfers and pending settlements between distributors and accountsReviewing claims (adjustments) and financial receivables with distributorsPrepare and implement monthly/quarterly incentive plans for sales teamsCollect and analyze sales & productivity data, and prepare periodic reportsCoordinate operations between sales, accounts, and warehouse departmentsTrack distributor inventory levels and align with supply chainHandle daily operational updates and ensure smooth workflow execution
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field3+ years in sales operations, distribution, or logistics (FMCG preferred)Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) & ERP/CRM experienceStrong data analysis and reporting skills
