Job Description
We are hiring Sales Team Leader for an international company in the education field located in Alexandria.
Job Description: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the educational market.Manage the full sales cycle.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.Ensure proper use of CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.#Benefits: Salary up to 22K (Fixed + Commission)Quarterly KPIs. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in education or e-learning.
At least 2 years of Experience as Sales Team Leader.
Strong experience using CRM platforms for sales tracking and pipeline management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Must be a resident of Alexandria.
