Sample Acceptance Specialist

Receive test requests from the Operations Department and verify accompanying documents (TRFs).Take photos of received samples for identification and record-keeping.Review and accept sample requests in the laboratory system.Control and track all samples through the acceptance process.Follow up on daily request lists and ensure requests are processed by respective departments.Handle sample processing, preparation, and distribution to relevant testing sections.Monitor the daily testing progress list and ensure samples are processed as scheduled.Coordinate with testing teams to adjust or modify processes when needed to maintain efficiency.Review, control, and confirm test results from laboratory departments.Enter results from external laboratories accurately into the system.

Bachelor’s degree.1–3 years of experience in laboratory reporting or documentation.Familiarity with quality and archiving standards (e.g., ISO 17025) preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent documentation and data verification skills.Good understanding of laboratory reporting and workflow processes.Effective communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency with laboratory or reporting management systems.Very good Command of English.
