Security Manager

Develop and oversee the implementation of security protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure the facility is protected and safeguarded.Monitor security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras, and control access promptly to address security issues in a timely manner.Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency/emergency plans to ensure rapid response and prevent security incidents from escalating.Participate in incident investigations and submit reports to management.Supervise the development and execution of an evacuation plan in case of emergencies to ensure high-quality implementation.Manage the security budget and procurement of security devices and supplies to ensure optimal utilization of resources.Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., ambulance/emergency medical services, rescue services, and civil protection) to ensure compliance and avoid any violations or legal issues for the company.Contribute to setting up civil defense teams to ensure personnel are properly trained to handle emergency situations.Select, lead, and provide technical and administrative support to the work team to improve overall performance.Assist in preparing the annual budget, ensuring adherence to it and maintaining strict control over expenses.Perform other assigned duties related to the role in order to achieve organizational objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Military or Police Sciences.At least 15 years of experience in the security field.At least 5 years of experience as a Security Manager.
