Senior Accounts Payable

Overview: As our Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of our accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

You will be a key player in maintaining robust financial records and supporting our operational excellence on-site.

Responsibilities:Oversee and execute the full cycle of accounts payable, from invoice receipt to payment processing.Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper authorization and coding of expenditures.Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files and records.Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.Contribute to continuous process improvements within the accounts payable function.Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Accounting principles and advanced Accounts Payable processes.

Proficiency with ERP Systems (SAP), strong command of Microsoft Excel, and experience in Financial Reporting and General Ledger management are essential.

Your ability to perform meticulous Reconciliation and manage Expense Management effectively will be critical to your success.
