Senior AP / Tax Accountant

Ensure timely and accurate reflection of all transactions in the ERP system.Ensure monthly financials are closed in a timely and accurate manner.Request, retain, and file all necessary documents in an organized manner.Coordinate with the treasury accountant to ensure bills payment cycles are completed within agreed periods.Prepare variance analysis for actual to budget and prior year account variances.Prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end.Prepare and maintain prepaid and fixed asset schedules.Support consolidation of worldwide financial results.Support the closing of FS yearly with the external auditor.Participate in Stocktaking of Warehouses during the Financial Year.Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables.Maintain records of vendor relations and statuses.Perform inter-company accounting and account reconciliation.Execute day-to-day Supplier Reconciliations and assess required funds for payments.Process due invoices for payments.Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges.Check all Vendor's Contracts and engagements for financial suitability with the company's financial policies.Check and approve 41 model.Check and approve customs broker accounts and bills.Execute process deliverables as required by the process, ensuring error-free processing.Apply any additional tasks according to the role requirements.Provide regular updates on the status of accounts payable and receivable.Prepare financial reports as required.Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.Provide support for audits and tax filings.Apply HSE Regulations.

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting5-7 years of experience in accounting or +3 years’ experience as tax accountantStay up-to-date with tax laws and regulationsEnglish Proficiency;
