Senior Architect Designer ( not Interior )

The position is based in Egypt and operates under the supervision of our Qatar office.Permanent, long-term employment contract.Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Develop original architectural concepts and creative design proposals.Produce high-quality 2D and 3D designs, sketches, and visual presentations.Generate modern, innovative ideas for layouts, façades, interiors, and landscape integration.Collaborate with engineering, technical, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.Conduct research on global design trends, materials, and technologies.Prepare mood boards, and concept models.Participate in client meetings and present design concepts clearly.Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining creativity and project vision.Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in architectural design, excluding interior design.
• Strong creative thinking and trend-driven design ability.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3d max, Vray or similar tools.
• Strong visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate multiple design approaches and innovative solutions.
• Solid understanding of materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple design tasks.
• Experience in concept development for contemporary or modern architectural projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and strong design identity.
