Job Description
As a senior architect, you will be integral to our design process, responsible for creating, managing, and delivering high-quality visual design content that effectively communicates our architectural concepts.
This dynamic role requires a blend of design sensibility, technical expertise, and strong collaborative skills.
Key Responsibilities:Create high-reality architectural designs and visualizations, including still images and animated walkthroughs, primarily using Lumion and other relevant software.Lead and execute video production and editing for architectural projects, translating design intent into engaging visual stories.Collaborate closely with the team to understand project visions and translate them into compelling outputs.Integrate designs and visualization workflows seamlessly within project timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Manage and maintain visualization assets and libraries.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and visualization, video production, AI and rendering software.
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.Proven experience in Architectural Design and Architectural Visualization.Exceptional proficiency in Lumion for producing high-quality stills and animated walkthroughs is essential.Demonstrated expertise in video production and editing, specifically for architectural projects.Strong understanding of architectural storytelling through visual media.Proficiency in 3DS MAX and other relevant design/visualization software.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Ability to work effectively on-site and meet project deadlines.A strong and compelling portfolio showcasing a range of realistic video productions and visualizations is mandatory for consideration.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Revit.Knowledge of architectural AI tools.Experience in a similar visualization role within the architecture or design industry.Preferably a resident of 6th of October City, Elsheikh Zayed, or nearby areas.
