This is an on-site position.Your Responsibilities:Lead and manage the BIM process for architectural projects, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows.Create and manage 3D models using Revit and other BIM software.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges.Conduct clash detection and model reviews to ensure constructability and accuracy.Provide training and support to project teams on BIM best practices.Contribute to the development of innovative BIM solutions and strategies.

Your Path to Success:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in architectural BIM engineering.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.Experience with clash detection and model review processes.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in construction management.Knowledge of structural analysis.Experience in MEP Coordination.
