A reputable construction company specializing in fit-out & joinery works for hotels and luxury projects , looking for senior architectural tech office engineer.

Job DescriptionPrepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and detailed construction documents in accordance with project specifications and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.Conduct technical reviews of design documents, identify discrepancies, and propose effective solutions to resolve conflicts.Assist in the preparation of material submittals, technical reports, and project documentation for client and consultant approvals.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout all project phases.Coordinate with external consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify technical requirements and resolve design-related issues.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.5 to 8 years of proven experience as a technical office architect or in a similar architectural role within the construction industry.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit, and Photoshop; preferably BIM.Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.Excellent knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced office environment.Preferred residential area (for proximity to office)
