Senior Architecture Technical office engineer

Understand and participate in updating the architectural design standards and guidelinesReviewing design drawings.Coordinate with structural and MEP teamsPreparing and reviewing shop drawings.Performing quantity take-offs for tendering purposes.Reviewing quantity surveys for the invoices .Architectural design review to ensure compliance with the design brief, optimum design is achieved and the design integrity is maintainedReview the submitted architectural designs to ensure integrity with adjacent developmentsFollow-up the architectural design progress and ensure the sign-off, in order to freeze the design and proceed to next stage of designParticipate in in-house design effortsCAD CoordinationAttend design progress meetings and any other necessary meetings/workshopsPeriodical site visits to ensure design integrity Developing architecture in line with client's needs.Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.Compile project specifications.Providing the conceptual design of Architectural drawings or Interior fit-out design requirements by the use of the architectural application.Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running a project from initial concept to completion.Performs general architectural works including architectural design, site visits, and inspections, and prepares related reports.

Education: Architecture engineering bachelor’s degree, Preferably a graduate of a public (government) university.Related function experience: 8+ years’ experience.Real estate, construction or engineering consultancy experience is a must Technical Qualifications:MS office – excellent.AutoCAD
