Senior BIM Engineer

Project Delivery:Lead the development of coordinated BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP).Manage clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.Ensure model accuracy, integrity, and adherence to project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).Generate and manage construction documents and shop drawings from BIM models.Standards & Compliance:Enforce adherence to company and client BIM standards, protocols, and naming conventions.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of BIM standards and content libraries.Coordination & Collaboration:Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to optimize workflows.Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for model integration and validation.Attend coordination meetings and lead BIM-related discussions and presentations.Technical Leadership:Mentor and support junior BIM engineers and modelers.Identify and implement process improvements and automation scripts (e.g., Dynamo, Python).Quality Assurance:Conduct regular model audits and reviews to ensure compliance and data integrity.Assist in 4D (schedule-based) and 5D (cost-based) modeling when required.

Bachelor's degree in architecture.Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM implementation and coordination.Proficiency in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Civil 3D.Familiarity with Clash Detection, LOD standards, COBie, ISO 19650, and CDE workflows.Experience in working on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and project lifecycle.Experience in scripting (Dynamo, Python) is an advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skills.BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE, buildingSMART) are a plus.
