Job Description
Concrete Plus is looking for a Senior Cost Accountant to join our Finance team.
If you have solid cost accounting experience within the construction industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze project cost reports and variance analysis.- Monitor project budgets and actual costs.- Review cost allocations and ensure accurate cost recording.- Support monthly closing activities and cost reconciliation.- Coordinate with project teams to monitor project financial performance.- Assist in cost control and forecasting activities.- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- 4–7 years of experience in cost accounting.- Previous experience in construction companies is a must.- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and project costing.- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
ERP experience (Odoo is a plus).
