Senior Design Management Architect

· Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule.· Oversee and coordinate with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.· Review, evaluate, and approve architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements.· Provide strategic input on design direction, material selection, sustainability, and value engineering.· Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, design teams, and external authorities.· Ensure design deliverables are technically sound, buildable, and meet performance· Monitor design risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain project progress.· Manage and handle in-house design projects in coordination with the vision and scope.

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.· Licensed/Registered Architect preferred.· Minimum experience from 4 to 6 years in architectural design and design management with previous background in development and real-estate firms.· Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, administrative, residential, mixed-use, Hospitality).· Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and best practices.· Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).· Ability to create high end 3D visuals using 3Ds Max is an advantage.· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines.
