Ensure all work complies with design intent, NEC codes, and client requirements.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables with minimal supervision.
Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues and support the development of coordination-ready drawings.
Manage tasks, project schedules, and internal deadlines effectively.
Participate in client coordination meetings to align design intent, standards, and technical requirements.
Support RFIs and technical clarifications as required.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior and mid-level engineers.
Maintain strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Evolve, and other required VDC tools.
3+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Strong understanding of electrical systems Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam Team-oriented mindset with mentoring experience Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused Spoken and technical written Intermediate English
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Strong understanding of electrical systems Advanced Revit skills with an electrical focus Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection Familiarity with BIM 360, ACC, and Bluebeam Team-oriented mindset with mentoring experience Reliable, organized, and deadline-focused Spoken and technical written Intermediate English
