Senior Electrical Engineer

Supervises the day-to-day operations of electrical section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and proceduresOrganize and control an efficient Electrical engineering workshop including the management of Technicians and Graded WorkersScheduling the work on a daily basis to the Electrical Technicians.Participate in preparing annual Electrical maintenance plans to make the best use of resources Plan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective Electrical maintenance on all of the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safetyFollow up the progression and inspection process of to ensure the efficient and effective performance of Electrical plant and machinery, ensuring remedial work is undertaken to prevent failure/loss (Breakdowns) of the plant and equipment.Responsible for major installation or maintenance projects, leading the team of engineers and Technicians assigned to the task.Create &maintain a register of all workshop equipment to manage the timely calibration and maintenance of Section focused equipment.

Ensure all lifting gear and workshop equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard. (Including Baler and shredder)

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering 5-10 years relevant experience in Electrical Engineering including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities Relevant experience in Packing / Paper / Printing.
